Please join us for a mixer co-hosted by Film Albany and LUMBERYARD Studios, a brand-new purpose-built soundstage with the Qualified Production Facility (QPF) tax credit designation, just two hours from NYC.

Film Albany and LUMBERYARD Studios are ready to welcome you to their first-ever, joint educational/networking mixer on Wednesday, September 18 at LUMBERYARD Studios with registration beginning at 5:00PM. As part of the program, Senior Vice President Greg Mailman, of the Tax Incentives Department of Empire State Development (ESD), will be providing a presentation on the NYS Film Tax Credit Programfollowed by Q&A. Mr. Mailman focuses on the administration of the Film Tax Credit Program and other programs offered by the state. Prior to joining ESD, Mr. Mailman was an associate in the operations department of a leading private asset management company.

Once the educational portion of the program has concluded, tours will be available to all participants. LUMBERYARD Studios is a NYS Qualified Production Facility. You will have an opportunity to see the sound stage, client housing and many other services/amenities that are part of LUMBERYARD Studios. A networking reception will follow the program.

Please note this event is open to all; however it will be limited to 100 participants. As with the Regional Film Industry Day, we anticipate it will be sold out. Please do not wait to purchase your tickets. Registration will end on Monday, September 16 at 5:00PM. Please note, there will be no on-site registration.
